  • The downloaded PDF files are corrupted, unreadable, or do not match the product description.
  • You do not receive the download link or access to purchased items after successful payment, despite multiple attempts.

Subscription Refund Rules

For subscription memberships, fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals, but no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining time of the current subscription term.
